Catamaran by the Island

Come forget the world. Your soul will thank you. Beautiful views above, below, and in every direction. My boat is a hurricane Irma rescue. She is coming back together beautifully. She isn’t finished, but she is a lot of fun and comfortable. This vessel is used for accommodations not for charter trips. I am anchored 27 miles from Key West, near Big Pine Key just offshore. The boat is a short distance from Picnic Island, a sandbar hang out for boaters. It’s like glamping on the water. The space Big boat 38’x24’ lots of room gently rocks. 3 cabins: #1) cal. king, #2) 1 queen, #3) 1 single. 2 heads (bathrooms). Hammock connected under the bow. There is a grill and a burner for cooking. A large yeti cooler w/ ice provided for food and drinks. Towels, linens, paper towels, toilet paper, k cup w/ coffee, condiments, and kitchen ware all included. She has power both Solar and generator. A/C is an extra fee and not needed, ocean breeze is incredible. The shower is fresh water not heated and on the deck. I have 2 paddle boards, a row boat, and fishing gear ( w/ Fl saltwater lic.). Snorkel gear can be rented at check in if needed. Will provide you w/ 1 trip to and 1 trip from the boat. Extra charge for additional trips. She is a rescued vessel and is Not finished yet. All funds go back into her, so everytime you stay it just gets better. Guest access You’ll have free roam of the kitchen, salon, cockpit, deck space, and trampoline (my favorite), as well as paddle boards, row boat and hammock. During your stay I will be there to ensure your stay is as seamless as possible. Other things to note Please read everything very well. This is a very unique liveaboard experience. It is Not for everyone. This is a boat anchored offshore. Both water and electricity are limited. Please use sparingly.
