Top 8th floor private Studio is the perfect size for a couple or small family on a budget. This condo is around 500 sf open concept, bedroom area, tv area & kitchen area combined. There is a small oven and a table for two with counter height table/chairs. Keurig Coffee Maker or regular coffee pot. The condo is located on the Gulf side at the end of the hallway. The living area has a 50 inch Roku TV, it is on a swivel so you can watch TV from the bed also. The private balcony for two only has a never ending view of the Gulf Of Mexico. There is a queen size bed and a sleeper sofa. Listen to the waves crash 24/7! Dine downstairs and watch the sunsets. The restaurant hours are subject to change with the different seasons. Beachside patio dining, seasonal. We are located 13 miles from Orange Beach about a 20 minute drive. There is no washer/dryer in the condo. The laundry room which takes credit cards is located on the ground floor. Guest will have access to the indoor hot-tub/indoor heated pool & outdoor pools plus a kiddie pool. Tennis, horseshoes, pickle ball~basketball courts and shuffleboard! You can take the boardwalk to the beach, which is adjacent to the pool and have fun in the sun or watch the amazing sunset! Grill by the pools with picnic tables. Kids can swim and parents can sun~bathe & RELAX! Seasonal Jet skis, banana boats, paddle boarding and parasailing right in front of the condo! If you want to rent chairs with an umbrella, at the end of the boardwalk you will see the small white hut for beach rentals. You also have the option of bringing your own chairs, umbrella.
