Parking garage for one car and access gate secured with code. Located next to a park popular with young children. The space This modern townhouse is our home where we live with two young children. When we travel, we rent it out on Airbnb. Our house consists of three floors. The ground floor has a spacious living room with huge L-shaped sectional sofa , an art wall with 65" Samsung TheFrame TV with Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime etc and six-person table with chandelier for dining or working. The open kitchen has four bar chairs and is equipped with gas stove, dishwasher, oven, microwave, double-door fridge with freezer, Nespresso machine, kettle, toaster & blender. We love to cook so you'll find all the dishes, utensils, appliances and basic ingredients you'll need. There is a small patio covered with artificial grass and outdoor furniture for breakfast/lunch/BBQ al fresco. Also, an office nook with adjustable/standing desk, Apple Thunderbolt Display and ergonomic chair. Finally, there is a powder room/toilet on this floor. The stairs take you up to the second floor where you'll three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The master bedroom has a California King size bed, an en-suite bathroom and walk-in closet with space available for your stuff. The second bedroom has a twin size floor bed. The third bedroom has a twin size bed that can be set up as a king under request. We spend most afternoons on our rooftop, which is completely covered with artificial grass. It has a large L-shaped sofa, a BBQ & kitchenette with running water and city views of the Hollywood sign (if you look really hard). There is also a gym rack with barbell, 230 lb weight plates, adjustable dumbells and bench. Our house is a smart home with Wifi routers on every floor, Sonos speakers in every room, smart lighting on the ground floor and smart lock for remote access. You can control everything from your iPhone. Because we have young kids, our house includes two Stokke high chairs, outlet covers and lock on the kitchen and bathroom cabinets. We also have a toys, baby camera/monitor and carseat available. Our property is the largest of a five-unit residential complex which was completed December 2021. The complex is located on a quiet street next to a park, has a security gate with access code and parking garage with space for two cars. Guest access You will have complete access to our home, as if it were yours. We will make space for your belongings, so you really don't need to bring more than your clothes and a toothbrush. Other things to note Throughout your stay you'll probably run into our friendly neighbors. It's a small complex so we are all friends.
