There are two nearby beaches, one on each side of our complex. Sapphire Beach, one of the island's favorite beaches, is a 6-minute walk from the villa and Lindquist Beach, a pristine and exquisite beach is a 2-minute drive away. We’re located minutes from Red Hook, where you can take the ferry to St. John or the British Virgin Islands, and only 9 miles from the airport and downtown Charlotte Amalie where you'll find duty-free shopping for jewelry, cameras, perfume, liquor, and other souvenirs. We're one of the few resorts on the East End with a generator, so you'll always have power, AC, and TV. The description was accurate, check-in/check-out was easy, the location was in walking distance from 2 beautiful beaches! Our favorite part was the private pool! The villa, part of an intimate 25-villa resort is completely furnished: full kitchen, living room with dining area, bathroom with indoor, open-air garden shower, and bedroom with king-sized bed. The large outdoor pool deck features bistro table and chairs, gas barbecue grill, and lounges - perfect for watching the gorgeous sunrise or the star-filled sky at night - unlike anything you'd see in a busy city! Provisioning is available to order so the refrigerator and kitchen can be stocked for your arrival, and we can provide island tours, boat and/or fishing excursions, and other activity packages. Nearby, in Red Hook and on the East End, you’ll find great bars, restaurants, food, and gift shopping. You can rent a car at the airport or use the taxi services, open public ‘safari’ vans, and public buses to get around. No passports are needed for travel to/from the U.S. Virgin Islands for U.S. Citizens, only a government-issued photo I.D. is needed, but passports are required for day trips to the British Virgin Islands, be it Jost Van Dyke or swimming with the dolphins in Tortola when those activities resume. PLEASE NOTE: No Parties and Large Gatherings Allowed; No smoking or vaping in the villa or on the deck, and no children. No drones are allowed anywhere on the property. The cleaning fee paid is for a thorough exit cleaning. There is no daily cleaning, however, if you want mid-stay cleaning, which includes a change of linens, fresh towels, and light cleaning, there is an additional fee of $50, payable directly to Traci, the Property Manager who will be in touch with your code for the electronic lock. Guest access Guests have access to the coin-operated washers and dryers on the property and free WiFi in the villa. Other things to note The pool will be cleaned before your arrival. If you are staying more than 4 nights, we suggest that you schedule a housekeeping visit so the villa can be cleaned and fresh linens and towels provided. Pool/Beach towels will be provided.
