Ideal location, in Grouville, in the East of the island. Located by the Royal Bay of Grouville just a few minutes walk from the beach and Royal Jersey Golf Club. Walking distance of the delightful Gorey Village and picturesque Gorey Castle (20 & 30mins respectively - quicker across the beach). Plenty of pubs and restaurants nearby. On the best bus route on the island, bus numbers 1 or 2 and great cycle and walking routes. A clean and welcoming family home. The space 2 bedrooms available. Bedroom 1 contains a double and a single bed. Bedroom 2 contains a single bed. - Option 1 is to leave the smaller room like this with a single bed and TV. - Option 2 is that this smaller room can be converted to a dining breakfast space/comfortable workspace instead of a single room to suit requirements. - Option 3 is that it can also host 2 single beds in very close contact if you prefer with only a leg width between. Please give us advanced notice of your chosen option to make the change for your stay. Private bathroom (not ensuite and just a large shower, no bathtub) used only by guests, please bring a dressing gown/robe to walk to the bathroom. Both rooms have TV with adaption to Smart TV via an Amazon stick. Plenty of wardrobe/shelving and hanging space. A help yourself breakfast available till 10am (Cereals & Toast). There is an option to eat breakfast in the garden between 7.30-10am only, access via the gate. Guest access Guest bedrooms and guest bathroom. Please note the kitchen/lounge/dinning areas/garden are not available to guests. Although we’re happy for you to access the garden via the gate to eat breakfast at the outdoor seating area between 7.30-10am. Driveway parking available by arrangement.
