The barn features 2 private bedrooms, a bathroom and loft with ships ladder access. From the second floor you will also access the second floor of the historic farmhouse featuring 2 additional private bedrooms, bathroom and an open bunk room (2 twins, 1 full bed). In total, there are 3 queen beds, 3 full beds, 2 twins and an extra day bed in the common area. Plenty of room to stretch out and relax after a day of golfing, hiking, skiing, biking or floating the river. Enjoy grilling outside or relax by the fire pit. Off street parking for 4 cars in large paved shared driveway. Motion activated security ring camera at entrance records video/audio. We have a no pet policy. Guest access You will have full private access to the barn and second floor of the farmhouse. Fire pit area will be for your private use. Large driveway with shared parking. There is a separate unit in the first floor of the house with measures to ensure privacy for both units. There are completely separate entrances to each unit. All bedrooms are located on second floor requiring use of stairs. Other things to note This is a village residential property. These properties are on small lots.
