The space Self contained and spacious one bedroom annex. Large double bedroom with bi fold doors leading out to large patio area and pool (operational in the summer months). En-suite bathroom with walk in shower, toilet and sink. Kitchen area has breakfast bar, oven, fridge and dishwasher. Large living space with views onto the front of the property. The pool is yours to use. If the family are in the main house the pool is still yours to use. Guest access All areas on the inside of the annex. No access to main house. Garden access via front annex door. Bedroom bi fold door to patio and pool area. The rest of the garden is unavailable. Other things to note Extra mattresses can be provided for extra guests. The pool is not fenced. Use is at own safety, there is no life guard on duty. Use is at own liability. Pool is deep one end- approx 9ft. Shallow at other end down walk in steps.
