The space THE SPACE More than just a space, this 69 square meter one- bedroom listing provides you with living comfort in mind. The design is cohesive and my interiors have a strong sense of place. This listing faces the Manila Bay and Seda Hotel in Circuit Makati. The unit has up to 150 mbps wireless internet with unlimited data allowance. THE BEDROOM The bedroom is air-conditioned (manually operated). The bed is queen side with 4 pillows, duvet, and complete beddings. The blackout curtains provide you further sleeping comfort. There is also a small vanity area (just insert the plug). THE TOILET AND BATH The toilet has a bidet fixture. There are provisions for toilet paper and hand soap. The shower has hot water. Fresh towels (upon request due to covid safety reasons) THE KITCHEN Appliances in the kitchen include induction stove with range hood, rice cooker, refrigerator, hot and cold water dispenser, microwave and toaster. Plates are located beside the office table cabinet. Frying Pans are located inside the cabinet beside stove. Please do not forget to turn off the stove when not in use.
