Cosy 1 bedroom Farm Stay in Whorouly!

Need some time away from busy everyday life, just to relax & unwind or are you looking for an ideal base to explore our beautiful part of the world? Then Pa's Place is the perfect getaway for you! This cosy self contained 1 bedroom unit is located on our family farm in the small rural town of Whorouly, in North East Victoria. Nestled on 54 acres of farmland, surrounded by cattle grazing the paddocks, with mountain views in the distance, we welcome you to come & experience the country lifestyle! The space Our cosy self contained unit features an open lounge, dining & kitchenette equipped with microwave, 2 plate electric cook top, small bench top electric oven, kettle, toaster and fridge, round dining table & chairs, along with all the required cutlery & cooking utensils you will need. A welcome supply of tea, coffee & milk is provided to all guests. A comfortable convertible 2 seater sofa couch with plush modern grey upholstery overlooks the entrance & driveway of the property. There is also a 32 inch HD Smart television mounted in the corner of the unit for easy viewing from the couch and dining table. The unit has split system heating and cooling to keep you toasty and warm in the Winter and cool in the Summer! The bedroom features a super comfortable queen size bed, small freestanding wardrobe with hanging space, full length mirror and window overlooking the front entrance of the property, fire pit & paddocks. The bathroom has a full sized shower, vanity & toilet. Complimentary shampoo, conditioner and body wash are supplied for guest use. Outside you have a lovely outdoor setting on the deck to soak up the sun, read a book or just enjoy the country atmosphere (and maybe a visit from our friendly little jack russell dog .... Diesel). In the evening relax by the outdoor fire with drinks & nibbles or enjoy a BBQ dinner! Guest access You have full exclusive use of the unit (it is not shared) and you are surrounded by fresh, country air, cattle grazing in the surrounding paddocks and may be visited by native birds & wildlife, as well as our super friendly Jack Russell dog, Diesel! Guests are able to walk freely around the farm and enjoy the country atmosphere! Other things to note As we are out in the country and are close to water, we do get mosquitos in the warmer months, so a supply of insect repellent is provided for guests use. We also experience some quite frosty mornings in the Winter.
