It was fully restored in 2019. King Hill Cottage is the perfect combination of a luxury stay perfectly situated to explore all of the local attractions in the Lake Sunapee region. King Hill Cottage is a luxuriously remodeled and professionally designed custom home that has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Each room in this upgraded home has a vaulted ceiling making the home feel bright and open. The great room consists of an open and bright kitchen and living area with vaulted ceilings and exposed beams that is perfect for entertaining during your stay. The updated kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances, granite countertops and soft close kitchen cabinets. The kitchen island has its own separate beverage refrigerator, captivating pendant lighting and 6 bar stools that are perfect for gathering. The living area provides a wall mounted fireplace, entertainment center with 65” LCD television and Sonos sound system all enclosed with a floor to ceiling eye catching barnboard surround. Also, there is a small granite bar top area that add 2 more bar stools for another seating area. There is a separate kid’s nook that has a flat screen TV, bean bag chairs and a loft. The master bedroom is the highlight of the sleeping areas with its vaulted ceilings, exposed beams, gorgeous chandelier and king size bed. The luxurious master bath features a sliding barn door, double sink vanity, glass enclosed shower with pebble tiled floor and vaulted ceilings. The tile work in this bathroom is spectacular. The other bedrooms each have a queen size bed and vaulted ceilings. The cottage also has a washer and dryer in for your laundry needs.
