Ground floor: loft-like living/dining room with kitchen and view of the patio with pool. 1st floor: 2 bedrooms, each with a 180x200cm bed and a bathtub/shower room. 2nd floor: roof terrace The space No. 12 – the boutique townhouse in the historic part of the Mallorcan village of Sant Llorenc des Cardassar. It is located between the quiet residential street Calle Carrerillo - lined on the left and right by terracotta pots with small palm trees – and the street that leads directly into the medieval town of Arta. The historic house was completely renovated in 2018 and transformed into a design jewel. Downstairs: A light-flooded, spacious, loft-like living room with a library that contains a wealth of SPIEGEL bestsellers as well as a 60-inch flat screen integrated into the wall for the perfect reception of all important channels. On a gallery: the modern brick kitchen as well as the spacious dining area with six armchairs from a Danish design manufactory. Behind it: the floor-to-ceiling glass front, which opens the view to the picturesque patio with pool (4 x 2 m) and historic stone facade. In the rear building there is an infrared sauna and a beautiful relaxation room. The bright stone staircase leads to the first floor: There you will find two bedrooms in a relaxed beach look decorated with double beds (180 x 200 cm = 71" x 78"). In the middle: the designer bathroom (wall decoration in concrete look) - with rain shower, bathtub and toilet, as well as an inner patio, which also opens up the view of the sky from the first floor. At the top: the sundowner roof terrace with views over the Sierra de Llevant and over the rooftops of Sant Lllorenc – up to the church tower of the 14th century Baroque church. Perfect for experiencing picturesque sunsets or enjoying the spectacular starry sky of Mallorca at night. Guest access Guests will be able to access all areas. Access to the infrared sauna and relaxation room can be booked separately for 45 euros per guest for the entire time of the stay. Other things to note The house is not child-safe. That's why we only rent to adults or families with children over the age of 12. We ask for your understanding. Since 2023, we have been offering our guests for the winter months a "Sauna kit" for 45 euros per person per stay, this includes access to the infrared sauna and relaxation room and a sauna towel, bathrobe and sauna slippers for the duration of the stay. For the summer months, there is the option of a "beach kit" for 50 euros for 2 people. Included is a large beach sheet, two beach towels and an umbrella with UV protection. In addition, there is a cooler bag with two glass drinking bottles, cooling units and melamine dishes for the beach.
