Just minutes from Miami International Airport, Dolphin Mall and International Mall. The space New studio suite, has one (01) queen bed ideal for 2 people, high speed wi-fi, 50" smart tv with access to Netflix and other applications, microwave, coffee maker, coffee cups, executive refrigerator, hair dryer of hair, iron and closeth. The access code for the door lock is provided one hour before arrival. Guest access Guests have access to the gym, spa, kids and work area, swimming pool; Valet parking is available for $5 (0-2hrs) $10 (2-4hrs) $15 (4-8hrs) $20 (8+hours) to 11:00 pm, if you leave your car overnight, parking is $40 per night. Weekly parking pass is $150.You can park for free on the street from 12:00 at night until 6:00 in the morning. Other things to note Upon arrival at the building, you must sign in at the front desk with your official ID and go upstairs. At Airbnb, daily cleaning service is not included, but we can provide this service at an additional cost if you require it. Our property is strictly NO SMOKING, if any guest smokes inside the apartment, a $500 penalty fee will be charged. White towels are for use inside the apartment and are used to dry the body/skin. Please do not use the towels to clean or dry the floor, remove makeup, clean your shoes or any other surface. Towels left very dirty or stained will be charged $40 per unit. Please DO NOT STAIN the towels.
