Enter the easy to access studio to take in the open and brightly sunlit staircase to accommodation that is meticulously clean and crafted. Hand sourced pieces of furniture create a boutique studio illuminating a touch of luxe boho in mind whilst wanting to provide you with a stay that is memorably different with peace and quiet the main aim. Upon arrival, relax with complimentary Port and snacks and take in the sunset through the stairwell windows. There are two beds: ✓ a queen size ensemble provides deserved comfortable and is enhanced by a sound proof and tinted window system that is installed above the bed to help you get a good night rest. ✓ the second bed is a fold out bed suited to a light weight (under 80kg) adult or child due to weight rating considerations that fold out beds are. Please be mindful that as this is a studio, the fold out bed will made up comfortably tucked away in the corner of the lounge area. *** please ask for this bed to be made up. ✓ A portacot for a baby/toddler as well as a high chair and baby bath is also available. A kitchen for the dine at home chefs: ✓ A full kitchen with coffee pod machine, fridge, cooktop and convection oven. A lounge area to enhance your stay in relaxation: ✓ The 55in smart tv will offer you entertainment for the days you decide life is too good inside and you choose to stay in.. The charismatic lounge area will offer you a spot to take in the morning sunshine rays. It too is enhanced by a sound proof window system for that extra level of quietness and comfort. Bathroom: With its stunning fitout, the bathroom is the main affair with copper tapware and a huge open shower Laundry: ✓ functional laundry fitted out with a washer dryer combo. Working or studying? An office desk and chair is positioned within the space and makes the most of natural light and quietness. ✓ extra monitor is also available upon request. Breakfast platter of fruit and homemade muesli along with eggs and bread products to prepare anyway you choose. Milk and condiments are also in stock for you to use. If you prefer to swap out for non-dairy milk products. We are happy to accommodate with this dietary requirement. This studio is suited for up to two small-medium dogs up to 12kg each. Will consider one larger dog - please reach out to us with details (type of dog, size etc) to discuss. ***PLEASE ENSURE YOUR DOGGO IS OK WITH STAIRS. The studio has a small fenced yard directly attached for the wellbeing and happiness of your doggo. You also have easy access to utilize a bigger front fully secure and fenced yard that is located in front of the main house - use it either alone or to hang out with gorgeous newfound doggo friends, Frankie (rainbow Ollis protege) & Flo. ✓ A doggy overnighter basket with bowls, towels and a ball is available. For hygiene reasons, a dog bed is not supplied. PLEASE NOTE: in an effort to continue our great relationship with our neighbours, if your dog barks excessively, we know all dogs bark at times, but if constant, this is not the accommodation for you. Courtesy notes: We live in one of the many suburbs that have power lines in our street - we'd like to let you know just in case this is of concern to you. We live on the property in the house next door to the studio (fully detached) and although your studio is situated above our general storage space area (low usage), we make every effort to negate the day to day residential sound but you may hear the occasional light sound. No matter what, you will have your privacy and peace. Guest access Your studio is independent from our home which is on the same block, you'll have your own indoor space, courtyard and front access direct from your carport space. Other things to note Should you need the puppy / baby gate installed on the steps, please let us know. Please note: dogs only (no other animals can be considered due to various reasons). We want your doggo to enjoy their stay too and are very excited to welcome him/her into our clan. To avoid duress to your dog and our dogs, we would prefer that dogs are not left alone in the studio. It is a new environment for your dog so please talk with us so we can offer some solutions. If a child is part of the booking, please remember that there are internal steps up to the main living part of the studio and may not be suitable for some children. Upon your arrival, Flo may bark excitedly but this calms down after a few moments once she realizes you are a friend. She also accept pats as bribery! Looking for an EV Charging Station?
