Our small "budget" single room has a shower and toilet integrated in the room and is located on the street side. It is furnished with a single bed, wardrobe and television. All rooms have access to the shared terrace, the sun lounger area with direct access to the lake and the Niesenblick salon. Smoking ban: There is an absolute smoking ban in the rooms. Please use the balconies and outdoor areas. Toilet: Please only throw toilet paper in the toilet, no tampons, pads or wet wipes. Consumption: Cooking and eating is not permitted in the boutique kitchen, the Salon Niesenblick or in the rooms. Shower: please ensure a suitable temperature and duration. In room 34, please tilt the window when showering, otherwise the fire alarm may be triggered.
