Family home between sea and mountain

Beautiful house 5 min from Perpignan, 15 min from the beaches and 1 hour from the mountains. Spacious 120 m2 accommodation with one bedroom on the ground floor and two upstairs. You can enjoy the outdoors with a secure swimming pool, summer bathroom, barbecue, plancha, ping pong table... Secure indoor parking + garage. 2 bathrooms inside (one shower and one bathtub) You will find all local services within walking distance (pharmacy, supermarket, fishmonger, restaurants...) The space You will stay in our beautiful house consisting of 3 bedrooms (one on the ground floor and two upstairs). Bed linen and bath linen are not provided (if you stay longer than a week, we can provide them on request). The pool is not heated, it is maintained with chlorine. Other things to note We have a small independent alley cat, we will just ask you to feed her during the stay. Note to people who have children: she is not very cuddly, do not stroke her.
