Comes complete with parking for one car, a kitchen area, free wifi, smart TV, and books. The space The apartment is based on the first floor of a grand and peaceful Victorian Villa. It is accessed via a set of stairs and so unfortunately is not suitable for those with mobility issues. Within you will find a comfortable and cosy space that makes for an ideal base for your holiday or short stay. An open-plan living space/ kitchen area contains everything you'll need for a comfortable stay. A smart TV (own logins required for apps), a comfy sofa and a small desk/seating area are all provided. The kitchen is fully equipped and comes complete with a microwave combi convector oven, coffee machine, kettle, toaster and fridge/freezer. The bedroom has a double bed with hotel-quality linens and towels provided and plenty of clothes storage. Finally, the en-suite bathroom has a standing shower. Guest access Guests will have exclusive access to the entire apartment and use of the communal gardens.
