Other things to note HOUSE RULES:House Rules 🚭 Smoking & Vaping: -Strictly no smoking or vaping inside the property. -You are welcome to smoke outside only, with doors closed to prevent smoke from entering. -Our smoke detectors are very sensitive. If indoor smoking/vaping is detected, a £250 fee will be charged immediately. 🔑 Keys: -Please take care of your key during your stay. -Lost keys, replacement keys, or callouts will incur a £100 charge. 🐾 Dog Policy: -Dogs must be well-behaved and respectful of the property at all times. -Dogs are not allowed on beds or sofas. -Guests must provide their own dog beds for their pets.
