Pili Estate Dependance - Casa Vacanze

Welcome to Pili Estate - Dependance, the vacation home you were looking for! Great for a family or group of friends. It is a house located in Uta, a short distance from the beautiful Sardinian beaches. If you are looking for a larger house, you can take a look at PILI Estate - Holiday Home, a pretty detached villa near the small house with a large shared garden. You can also rent both. CIN CODE IT092090C2000S3561 The space The villa is arranged on one level and consists of two large rooms, each equipped with large and bright windows, curtains, wardrobe, chest of drawers, chairs, ceiling fan and air conditioning, new mattresses and every comfort. There are 6 fixed beds (one double bedroom and one containing 2 single beds and a bunk bed). On request there is the possibility of adding a crib for children (20 euros one time). In the villa there is also a fully equipped indoor kitchen with fridge, microwave, stove, oven, dishwasher and various small appliances. There is also a large bathroom that completes the structure.  All rooms overlook the garden, at the center of wonderful rows of oranges and mandarins. The spacious living area allows you to dine comfortably with company, and on pleasant summer evenings you can move outdoors to enjoy the evening breeze and, if you are lucky, to see the flights of falchetti that have nested in the tall trees nearby.  The property has ample parking inside the property, in complete safety, for both cars and motorcycles. Guest access The Villa is located in Uta, just 15 minutes from Elmas airport, and a short distance from the beautiful Sardinian beaches. The property is located at the gates of the WWF nature reserve of Monte Arcosu, and just an hour's drive away you can visit places rich in monuments such as the Nuragic villages, which testify to the presence of ancient peoples and civilizations. Perfectly connected by the road network, it will provide you with a splendid home for your vacations in search of the wonders of Sardinia, or to immerse yourself in the silence of full relaxation in the countryside. Near the villa you can find all the amenities to make purchases of any need. Full access to the land, with the possibility of picking seasonal fruits. Other things to note Pili Estate HOUSE Rules is a house with everything you need for a comfortable holiday. As required by Italian law, you will need to send us the documents a few days before check-in in order to register you. The house is delivered clean and disinfected, please take care of it and leave it as you found it :) 

Each Guest will have a set of towels and sheets.

 A washer and dishwasher are present. (If you want a change of sheets + change of towels during the stay it will cost you 20 Euro / guest).
 Any damage to the property will be deducted at the end of the stay.

 Kindly ask you to use the towels only for the bathroom and not for other uses. Any towel / sheets / quilt that will be damaged or stained (impossible to stain even after washing) or that will be missing, will be charged at the end of the stay.
 Check-out must be done by 11 am. Pets are welcome, but dogs will need to stay out of the house. A very important thing is the separate collection, I will leave you a piece of paper explaining how to differentiate. Do not differentiate well or anything can lead to fines from the municipality and no garbage collection. If you have any questions about where any product should be differentiated, I'm always available for any clarification even with a message. If you find any anomaly in the house or the cleanliness doesn't meet your standards, please let us know immediately!
