CIN CODE IT092090C2000S3561 The space The Villa lies on one single floor with two big rooms, each furnished with wide and bright windows, curtains, wardrobes, chest of drawers, chairs, roof fan, air conditioning, new mattresses and every other comfort. The property comprises six fixed-beds (one double rooms and one that contains 2 single beds and one bunk bed). On request there is the possibility of adding a baby cot (20 Eur one-off). The villa also offers an internal kitchen, furnished with fridge, microwave, stoves, oven, dishwasher and other small appliances. one wide toilet, one complete the whole structure. All rooms face the garden, in the middle of wonderful rows of orange trees and tangerines. The wide living room allows to cosily dine in company inside, while during the nice summer evenings guests can move outside to enjoy the nightly breeze and if you are lucky you could even spot the flight of the little hawks nesting on the near trees. The property also comprises wide parking spaces, which can be used in total security both for cars and motorbikes. Guest access The Villa is sited in Uta, 15 minutes away by car from Elmas Airport and within short reach from the gorgeous Sardinian beaches. The property lies next to the natural WWF reserve of Monte Arcosu and within one hour radius from rich monuments such as the nuragic villages, testifying to the presence of ancient civilizations around the area. Perfectly connected to the highway and the road network, the Villa will provide a fabulous residence for your holidays, whether you are in search of the Sardinian wonders, or just trying to enjoy a relaxing peace amidst the green. Close to the Villa you will be able to find any service and shop you might need. Full access to the whole land plot, with possibility to pick season fruit. Other things to note HOUSE RULES Pili Estate is a house with everything you need for a comfortable holiday. As required by Italian law, you will have to send us your documents a few days before check in in order to register. The house is delivered clean and disinfected, please take care of it and leave it as you found it :) 

Each guest will be provided with a set of towels and sheets.

 There is a washing machine and a dishwasher. (If you want a change of bed linen + change of towels during your stay it will cost you 20 Euro / guest).
 Any damage to the facility will be deducted at the end of your stay.

 We kindly ask you to use the towels only for bathing and not for any other use. Any towels/sheets/quilts that are damaged or stained (impossible to remove stains even after washing) or are missing will be charged at the end of your stay.
 Check out must be done by 11 am. Animals are welcome, but dogs must remain outside the house. A very important thing is waste separation, I will leave you a sheet where I explain how to separate. 
Not sorting well or not at all can lead to fines from the municipality and not picking up the rubbish. 
Should you have any doubts about where any product should be sorted, I am always available for any clarification, even by message.
