This independent house has a large enclosed garden allowing children and pets to have fun. An indoor heated swimming pool all year round An outdoor HOT TUB, a games area: billiards, darts, foosball and board games for young and old. Even with capricious weather, the stay will remain refreshing and relaxing! The space For up to 15 people The cottage offers on the ground floor a living/dining room with a space for children and a pellet stove, a kitchen, two separate toilets, a PRM bedroom with a 160 cm bed (and its private bathroom accessible PRM), a bedroom with a 140 cm bed, another bedroom with a 140 cm bed and a 90 cm bed, a bedroom with 4 bunk beds and its private bathroom (excluding toilet), a bathroom with a changing table. On the same level, you will find a beautiful sunny terrace with its barbecue. In the basement, a relaxation area with a pool table/foosball table and bar with a beer tap, a video projector connected to the Wi-Fi and a Bluetooth turntable, a laundry room with a washing machine and a dryer as well as another refrigerator and a freezer. Guests can also enjoy the indoor pool, heated year-round (water toys available) as well as the outdoor hot tub. A large enclosed garden with outdoor games, garden furniture are at your disposal. Outdoor surveillance camera on the main entrance door filming the garden driveway to the gate and another outdoor camera on the basement entrance door filming the garden driveway. These cameras will be on during your stay. The "Minut noise monitoring" device installed outdoors (patio + basement entrance door) detects the noise level in a rental if it exceeds the decibel threshold set by the host The device only reports if the decibels exceed a certain threshold, and does not record or transmit sounds and conversations. Other things to note Hand delivery of keys if we are available, otherwise via a key box. The beds will be made upon your arrival, and two towels per person will be available to you. We ask our guests to respect the rules of "living together", that is, to limit noise and preserve the peace and quiet of the neighborhood. No undeclared additional guests allowed. Parties and large gatherings of any kind are strictly prohibited in our home. Any small gathering must comply with our other rules regarding noise, neighborhood and number of visitors. It is requested not to park in front of the gate or on the street so as not to hinder the neighbors in their maneuvers. You can park your cars in the parking lot in front of the house or in the garage driveway. We do not charge a cleaning fee. We ask that you make sure to clean when you check out: *Tidy and clean accommodation * Sheets to be put in the laundry basket * Dishes washed and put away * Trash taken out * Dog waste collected For the pool and jacuzzi, please take your bathrobe and/or towel, as well as your flip-flops. Regarding the trampoline, according to safety standards: it is forbidden for children under 3 and not recommended for children under 6. It must be practiced under adult supervision. Additional options for your stay: Late check-out: It is possible to arrange a late check-out, subject to availability. An additional €15 per hour will be applied.
