The very spacious apartment offers an ideal starting point for various excursions in the Dolomites. The Pragser Wildsee is for example just around the corner. The center of Welsberg, the grocery store Coop, laundromat ,pizzeria ,coffee shop ,restaurant ,pharmacy ,bank,bike rental ,bus stop and train station are within walking distance in 5-10min. The space The apartment is very large and cozy. After 20 years of vacancy, we decided to give some travelers, as we are, the opportunity to find an accommodation. The accommodation is located in a residential and commercial area close to the town center, below are offices which are used from Monday to Friday. So far it has 3 rooms, 2 bathrooms, a kitchen and a living room and can accommodate 6 guest. Guest access The apartment has many rooms, yet it is not divided or rented several times at the same time. Some rooms are closed because they are empty. How many rooms and bathrooms are finally provided depends then on how many guests will come. The kitchen, the living room are of course always open. Other things to note The accommodation is a suitable starting point to enjoy all that the Pustertal offers to the fullest. It is located right in the middle of the cross-country skiing paradise Alta Pusteria, with the Gsieser Tal cross-country ski trail but also the Dobbiaco Nordic Arena. The ski train Pustertal Express connects you directly to the slopes of Kronplatz and Helm. The Kronplatz offers slopes for beginners and advanced skiers, snow guaranteed from December to April and includes a snow park. The famous biathlon competition arena Antholz is 20 kilometers away.
