Newly renovated guest apartment on an older farm in the middle of Skåne. With short distances to many excursion destinations, it is perfect as a starting point for discovering Skåne. A one-room apartment with a kitchenette and a new, fresh bathroom with a shower. A 160 bed and a sofa bed with room for two. The farm is not far from Flyinge. For an extra fee, there is a possibility to borrow a pasture if you want to bring a horse. There are also two boxes for up to a D-pony/small horse. Riding track 20X40 is available. Place to park with trailer. The space The guest accommodation is located in a separate part (with a common hall) in the farmhouse of a small horse farm in the middle of the Skåne agricultural landscape. It is possible to sleep four people divided between a 160 cm bed and a sofa bed also 160 cm. There is a fresh bathroom with toilet and shower as well as a small kitchenette with air fryer, microwave, kettle and coffee maker. In the kitchenette, there are basic utensils for simple meals. If something is missing, you can ask if it is possible to borrow it. The location in the middle of Skåne means that it is close to many excursion destinations and various equestrian facilities. On the farm, there are our own horses but also the possibility to rent a pasture for a fee and bring your own horse. Guest access When the weather permits, you can sit outside in the garden. There is room in both sun and shade. The garden is also used for the farm's garden land and is shared with the farm's people. There is a barbecue grill available to borrow. Parking is available at the gate to the garden but there is also the possibility to park transport in the back. Other things to note There is coffee and tea and basic spices. The nearest store is in Hörby (7.5 km) where there are also pharmacies and liquor stores. Feel free to bring your own sheets and bath towels, but it is also possible to rent them at a cost of SEK 50/person. When you leave, please leave the house in the same condition as when you arrived. There may be traces of both animals and hay as there are horses, dogs and cats on the farm.
