Illegal activities Any illegal or criminal activity is strictly prohibited in the accommodation. Prostitution services or any similar activity are strictly prohibited for the duration of the stay. Any breach of this rule will result in the immediate cancellation of the stay, without refund, and may give rise to legal proceedings if necessary. 2. Liability and safety Throughout the term of the lease, the tenant is considered to be the effective manager of the premises. All safety-related incidents or accidents occurring in the accommodation are the sole responsibility of the tenant. The lessor cannot be held liable for bodily injury suffered by the lessee or any other person, including, without limitation, those resulting from falling objects, misuse of plumbing, electricity, heating, or falls inside the accommodation. 3. Changes to the accommodation It is strictly forbidden to modify, move, dismantle or replace any element of the accommodation, including locks, furniture, equipment, decorations and installations. Any unauthorised modification will be reinstated at the exclusive expense of the lessee. 4. Subletting and rents Subletting, total or partial, is strictly prohibited. Any delay or arrears of rent, or any unauthorised subletting, will authorise the owner to immediately repossess the premises, without condition or compensation. 5. Personal items The owner assumes no liability for loss, theft or damage to personal property belonging to the tenant or its occupants. 6. Authorised occupants Only people expressly declared at the time of booking are allowed to stay in the accommodation. Any undeclared person, including visitors, is strictly prohibited without prior written permission from the owner. 7.
