This comfortable cottage is on a peaceful farm with private grassland, woodland and streams. Bordering both Llanllwni Mountain and the Brechfa Forest you are surrounded with breath-taking views, it's the perfect place to relax and unwind . A unique location with no near neighbours, except our own house, and miles of walking directly onto the mountain, or into the woods without going near a road. Dogs welcome, adjacent paddock and loads of space for off-lead walks The space Ground floor - The conservatory is a lovely place to sit and relax with views down valley. The galley kitchen has a breakfast bar, oven, hob, microwave, fridge and dishwasher. Utility room with washing machine and counter-top freezer. Shower room with toilet, basin and large shower. Sitting/dining room with widescreen smart TV, wood burner, large leather corner sofa and chair. Logs included at no extra cost. First floor - Bedroom 1 - Double en-suite with smart TV, wardrobe and drawers, shower, toilet and basin. Bedroom 2 - double with dressing table and hanging rail. Bedroom 3 - twin with dressing table and large wardrobe. Hard flooring throughout the house. Outside - Picnic table with parasol, fire pit/grill, wide open space for walking, bird watching or just quiet contemplation. Dog paddock with stock fencing next to the cottage for the exclusive use of guest's dogs, so they can have a run around whilst their owners relax on the bench and enjoy the view down the valley. Ample space for parking. Stables available by separate negotiation for those seeking to bring their horse on holiday. Unrivalled off road riding on woodland tracks or on the mountain. Guest access Human and canine guests will have exclusive use of the cottage and stock-fenced dog paddock, plus access to endless walks around the farm, woods and mountain. Other things to note The cottage is accessed via a track of approx. 1.5 miles. This makes our location unique, however it is bumpy and unsuitable for low profile cars! Please consider this prior to booking. The water is supplied from a spring. There is no facility to charge electric cars. The Wi-Fi usually works, but occasionally dips out, particularly in poor weather. You'll need you own login to use the apps on the TVs. If you'd like to arrange a grocery delivery, Tesco and Asda deliver to the property.
