Live and enjoy Guanajuato walking, very close you will find emblematic sites such as the Alhondiga de Granaditas, the Hidalgo Market, Jardín Union, Juárez Theater and Plaza de la Paz among others. The space Casa Montserrat is a 35-square-meter loft, with a magnificent distribution that allows it to offer comfortable and tasteful spaces to guarantee a pleasant stay. A space mainly meant for rest, recharge, or do remote work, a place where you can take a break during the day and comfort at the end of the day, it has details that will make a very warm and welcoming experience for our guests. It has a kitchen equipped to prepare basic food as well as to refrigerate them. The location is at the top of an alley, so you will have a lovely view of the city. The climb is moderately pronounced so it would be complicated access for people with a wheelchair or some condition of reduced mobility. For the same reason , even without this restriction, we recommend traveling with light luggage. It is best to come with light luggage and comfortable shoe. Guest access Main access is shared, however the loft is completely independent and has complete privacy. The entrance is self check-in, with electronic lock. The loft has Wi_fi network, Smart TV with access to Netflix, Amazon Prime and HBO. We can also recommend guided tours of the museums and tourist spaces you trust (with cost) , restaurants or places to go out and have fun. Other things to note To get to the apartment it is necessary to climb slightly steep stairs or slopes, which is typical of the City of Guanajuato, so we recommend our visitors come with a comfortable shoe and take it into consideration when transporting your luggage. We do not recommend this space if you have a reduced mobility condition. Parking spots could be scarce in town, depending on the day and date. We will be able to suggest some places to park your car (with cost) or on the street near the apartment (at no cost), however, we cannot guarantee availability. Guanajuato is a city that is enjoyed much more walking and the location of Casa Montserrat allows you to visit the main attractions of the city without the need of a car. There are pets on the property so there could be noise however they do not have access to the areas of Casa Montserrat.
