1 Bdrm Private Apartment (Milk Chocolate) at GDC

Our Milk Chocolate suite is a large 1 bedroom apartment located above our gelato shop in Empire, Mi! From it's large breezy balcony, you can sip coffee and plan a Leelanau adventure. The apartment is decorated in a colorful mid-century modern style. The bedrooms and living room both have smart tvs. There's a full kitchen stocked with the essentials and we provide toiletries and beach towels/blanket/chairs. It's a great base camp to explore the area and just a few blocks from Empire beach! The space The apartment is bright and spacious with a new king size Thuma bed/mattress, full stocked kitchen, toiletries, beach towels/chairs/blanket and - our favorite part - a large balcony for relaxing. This apartment has a private locked entry but shares a landing area and washer/dryer with the adjacent Dark Chocolate apartment. Guest access We'll be in touch about access to the apartment closer to your date of arrival. We use a codes to access the stairs to the apartments, as well as to your private apartment. Other things to note This apartment is situated above our gelato shop and kitchen. Expect normal kitchen/shop noise from 7 AM - 10 PM.
