Other things to note TOURIST TAX The Sintra Municipality charges a tourist tax, which is paid directly to the local accommodation at Check-in for all guests aged 13 and older. The amount is EUR 2 per guest/night. For stays of more than 3 consecutive nights, only 3 nights will be charged. ACCOMMODATION FORM The room is registered at Turismo de Portugal and supervised by the local authorities. It is mandatory to fill in the Accommodation Bulletin, according to current legislation we are obliged to notify the respective authorities of all guests who check in and out with us. SELF CHECK-IN Guests will be able to access the room through instructions that will be sent on the day of check-in. Access to the room is via a unique code generated for each reservation. ADDITIONAL FEES For reservations of more than 7 nights, cleaning is mandatory and is included in the price. For reservations of less than 7 nights, cleaning is not mandatory. If the guest requests cleaning, a fee of €10 will be charged separately during the stay, each time cleaning is requested. Each guest is entitled to two towels (body and face). Towels are replaced every 7 nights for reservations of more than 7 nights. If new towels are requested for reservations of less than 7 nights, an additional fee of €4 will be charged for two towels (body and face). Registration Details 130052/AL
