Nestled in a 17th-century building, Talici Hill – Rustic Villas consists of 5.000m2 private grounds, a 400m2 Superior villa with 7 bedrooms sleeping 16-18 guests, a heated infinity swimming pool with sunbeds and pool cabanas, an event room, BBQ facilities with a dining table, a lounge area, firepit, wooden swings, family-friendly areas, underfloor heating, etc. Villa is rented as a whole unit or as separate rooms. The space This unit is a rental within the Talići Hill complex. The pool and spacious garden are shared between 4 different rental units with a maximum of 18 guests total. First floor, room with a king bed, seating area, a separate room with a walk-in closet with two hidden foldable single beds, and a bathroom with a jacuzzi and a shower. The big sofa can be opened into a single bed. The balcony has a sea, garden, pool, and mountain views. All rooms come with handmade wooden furniture, tile floors and stone walls, TV and WiFi, air conditioning and floor heating, a wardrobe, linens, towels, and a work desk. Room cleaning is done every day or as needed. A mini fridge, tea kettle, and coffee maker are included. SEA and MOUNTAIN BEAUTY An imposing mountains backdrop dominates the villa grounds with rich Mediterranean vegetation, olive grove, fruits, and vegetable gardens. The whole area is secluded providing you with complete privacy. INDOOR SPACE Unique luxurious bedrooms and spacious living areas come with AC, underfloor heating, comfortable beds, roomy bathrooms, and everyday cleaning. Guests have the option to book all units for ultimate privatization or rent separate units. BEACHES and TRANSPORTATION This villa is close to numerous sandy and pebble beaches, kitesurfing clubs, national parks, hiking trails, and tourist attractions. The towns of Budva and Kotor are a 30-90 minute drive away while Airports Podgorica (40 minutes) and Tivat (60 minutes) provide quick arrival. The property is 1.5 km from the supermarket and Sutomore seaside promenade. Car is highly recommended.
