This Crosslake vacation rental, nestled on the clear and quiet shore of Goodrich Lake, is perfect for creating your lasting family memories! This recently renovated getaway boasts incredible winter wonderland views, three gas fireplaces along with family friendly amenities such as smart TV's, internet & board games. Just a short drive from Crosslake's charming shops, restaurants, and winter festivities. Our lake home offers both seclusion and convenience, which makes a perfect cozy getaway. The space Open concept kitchen and dining room flows into living room with fireplace. Primary suite (upstairs) includes walk-out deck, large walk in closet and full bathroom. Primary suite also includes electric fireplace, smart TV, desk, monitor and web camera for remote working (fast, reliable, fiber wireless internet access). Downstairs is great during the summer for cooling off and relaxing on the sectional "L" couch overlooking the lake or watching movies & sports on the smart TV. For those cooler Fall & Winter days, there is a cozy fireplace below the TV for relaxation. Downstairs includes a dedicated bathroom and shower along with two bedrooms (1x King & 1x Queen bed) and a bunk room with two twins and curtain for privacy. Downstairs has direct walk-out to backyard. Outside amenities include: - 3 kayaks - peddle boat - small private beach - shallow, clean water entry from beach - corn hole boards - life vests - beach toys - dock with bench (great fishing) - older pontoon (for rent) - room on dock for bring your own boat - large wrap around deck with seating and dining table Guest access Guests will have access to the entire home. Other things to note Pontoon boat available for $125/day. Older pontoon that runs well and is good for fishing and cruising with quiet 4-stroke engine (No pulling of tubers or water skiers).
