The space The Guanarteme district is the most coveted for its proximity to the cicer, a unique space for surfing, with multiple possibilities for restaurants and a good atmosphere nearby, the Go Fit gym is a 3-minute walk from the accommodation. The Playa de las Canteras sports area is a 1-minute walk away, and the accommodation is on a quiet street with little car traffic and outside noise. There are supermarkets very close by and transportation amenities to any part of the island. The Santa Catalina Park bus station is a 15-minute walk away with the possibility of taking a bus to the accommodation from there. The room is spacious and has a good internet connection.
