Centrally-located spacious home! Downtown Savannah is a quick 10-minute drive (or Uber), while Tybee Beach is just 15 minutes. Minutes from Publix, Walmart, and great restaurants. We are sure your group will have a comfortable and enjoyable stay! NOTE: This is a quiet residential neighborhood. Only book if you agree to: 1. Have 4 cars only & in the driveway - absolutely no parking on the lawn or street 2. No loud noise 3. No drug use/marijuana 4. Review our house rules and agree Thank you :) The space While here, you will enjoy a spacious home that sits on a large lot. The single-level home boasts 5 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. The master suite has a king-size bed and an attached bathroom. The master bathroom has a walk-in shower and a double vanity mirror. On the other side of the house, you will find another full bath and 1/2 bath among bedrooms with queen and full beds. The living room, kitchen, and dining room are open and inviting. The fully fenced backyard comes with a dining area and porch swing under a beautiful wood pergola - ideal for enjoying the Savannah weather. Enjoy our fire pit, grill, and lawn games. We would love for you to stay here and create memories that will last a lifetime :) Guest access Guests will have access to the house and all of its amenities. There are just two locked closets in the hallways to which you have not been given access. The closets hold our extra supplies for the property's turnover. But don't worry - you will have enough towels and linens and you have free access to a large washer and dryer set, dryer sheets, and laundry pods. There are also two outdoor sheds. The shed closest to the carport has several lawn games that you are welcome to use. The shed in the backyard is not for guest access, it holds our landscape equipment. Do not try to open or use the keypad lock as this jams the door. Other things to note You can park a maximum of 4 vehicles here at any time. Please do not park on any grassy areas as this could damage the sprinkler system. Please be aware that even though we spray for bugs on a quarterly basis, you might see palmetto bugs, wasps, and other insects during your stay. They usually come out to die, but please do your best to keep them out of the house by keeping the windows and doors shut at all times, only eating at the bar or the dining room, and putting all trash in the trash can.
