The neighborhood is gated and ONLY registered guests staying in the homes inside the subdivision are granted access to the neighborhood by showing a qr code that we provide and ID. *Only your guest will have access to the three homes included in this listing. Other things to note *There will be housekeeping every other day unless you request otherwise. * Aldea Zamá is a growing community where construction is inevitable. For the next few months construction next to this house will be taking place. Noise might be experienced during those times. Mon Fri 10am-5pm, Sat 10am-2pm and no construction on Sunday. Prices to this property have been adjusted in consideration of the noise. Thank you! *In an effort to conserve the environment, if you are not in the house please turn off all A/C units. *Beach and pool towels are provided. A fee will be assessed for damaged or lost towels at end of stay. *No smoking or vaping inside the house, a $200 cleaning fee will be charged if smoking inside the house *Drinking water is provided. Water and ice from the Refrigerator are drinkable. *Washer and dryer are in the roof top and some detergent is provided. *No parties allowed, please be considerate of neighbors, no loud music outside after 11:00pm *Keep valuables in safe inside the house. *If you have kids in the pool please make sure they are supervised by an adult at all times.
