This fully furnished home has three bedrooms with 2 bedrooms with queen beds, and the 3rd bedroom with 2 twin beds, two bathrooms (tub/shower), W/D, a fully stocked kitchen, smart TVs, and a screened lanai with a private courtyard. Fort Myers Beach or Sanibel/Captiva Islands are within minutes of the condo, so pack up the beach towels, umbrella, cooler, wagon, and chairs (all supplied for our guests) and head to a beach day. Watch the geckos play while enjoying coffee and a book or evening cocktail on the screened-in lanai when you’re not at the beach or pool. Restaurants and shopping are just a short walk away. This is a monthly rental.
