The subdivision equipped with cctv and 24hr security guard. We are willing to arrange per individual request a car or van rental with a driver for added convenience. We offered a 10% discount for the weekly stay and 30% discount for a monthly stay. The space Rooms are not fancy and huge but cozy place to sleep. Guest access Everything in the house except the cabinets that was locked are up for use, guest can cook if they desire pots, pans, kitchen wares, refrigerator, hot and cold shower and water dispenser, smart television ,1 portable air purifier with hepa filter, please do to take care of it like your own and turn it off when not in use . Other things to note If you need grocery shopping in particular done before you arrive, you can message me and I will be happy to get it for you, then you can just pay me when you check out.
