The house is over 3 floors with practical floor plan and 2 terraces with good sun conditions. Low-traffic neighborhood with everything you need right nearby. Short distance to the swimming area, subway, restaurants, shopping center and hiking areas. Associated parking in the street. Two bathrooms and laundry room There is also a travel bed for baby/toddler Other things to note No parties/bachelor parties or similar. We want guests to bring bed linen and towels, but these can also be rented :)
