Forget your worries in this spacious and serene studio. Situated near the Little Doe River, the beautiful mountains surround this sweet space. The small town of Hampton is perfectly placed as a launching point for visiting the other nearby mountain towns of Elizabethton, Roan Mountain, Boone, Banner Elk and more. In all seasons of the year, there’s plenty to see and do in the area! Note: one of the beds is a sofa bed that folds out to a double. The other bed is a queen size. The studio, (approximately 700 sq ft) is a stand-alone furnished apartment. A private entrance, a porch/patio with an additional side entrance, parking, full bath, kitchenette, sitting area, washer/dryer unit, a mini-split to control the studio’s own heat and air, TV w/ Roku. There is a door into the main part of the house (where we live) but it will remain locked and deadbolted. The door is off of our kitchen.
