Cedarblock: Modern 3br forest-side escape

Come experience this modern design sanctuary, recently remodeled and surrounded by fairy-tale forest. It's minutes from Highland Square and a quick drive to Cuyahoga National Park, Stan Hywett, Downtown Akron, Blossom Music Center, and more. Less than an hour from Cleveland’s world-class museums, Rock & Roll Hall of Fame, and Lake Erie. Cedarblock provides an inspiring retreat that’s close to convenient amenities but set in a charming and walkable neighborhood, fusing nature, style, and fun. The space The house does not have central AC. All bedrooms have individual stand-up window AC units. . Each room also has a ceiling fan. Two stand fans are also provided - these are located in the master bedroom cupboards. Guest access We may not be able to fully accommodate guests with mobility concerns. The home is a split level with staircases leading from the entry to the living area and from the living area to the upstairs bedrooms and bathrooms. The house is fully available for guest use with the exception of the closet and cabinets in the upstairs hallway. These are locked and for host use only. Other things to note A train runs a few blocks away on an irregular schedule. It tends to show up in the evening or very early morning, perhaps every other day. We don't find that it wakes us, but if it's a concern, complimentary earplugs are provided. Landscaping and leaf-blowing is very common in the neighborhood, especially in the spring and autumn. There is a low hanging tree limb over the right side of the driveway. Tall vehicles will want to stick to the left side of the drive. (It's a lovely Japanese maple that we really don't want to cut down!)
