Guests have their own designated parking spot and walk via a paved path to the apartment. We have a valet cart at your disposal. The side yard is private and shaded for your enjoyment. In the morning you may be greeted by deer feeding on the grounds. The totally updated bedroom suite has a new Tempur-Pedic mattress, plush sofa, and a desk with cushioned office chair, large screen tv and fast, reliable WiFi, and it’s own AC! The kitchen is fully stocked, has coffees, teas, creamer, sweetners, pancake mix, syrup, and butter so you don’t have to run out for breakfast in the morning. We are one mile from Lake Balboa Beach and Marina and 20 minutes to Downtown Hot Springs/National Park. Hot Springs Village is a nature lover’s paradise with tons of recreation! Spanning 26,000 acres of the Ouachita Mountains, HSV is home to 12 lakes, 9 golf courses, a first-class fitness center with indoor pool, outdoor pool, parks, 15 tennis courts, pickle ball courts, boating, swimming, water sports, fishing, 30 miles of walking and biking trails, outdoor concerts, churches and restaurants and hangouts with live music and Karaoke. You don’t have to leave the Village to have the time of your life! The Beehive, Desoto Club, Waypoint Marina, El Jimador, Puttrz, and Melinda’s Cafe are just a few of the local hangouts/restaurants to enjoy. Garvan Gardens, Lake Hamilton and Oaklawn Racing Casino, Magic Springs Water Park, Mid-America Science Museum and Ron Coleman Quartz Mine are also vacation hot spots to enjoy. Lake Ouachita National Park - rent a pontoon on this gorgeous lake - and Lake Catherine State Park are perfect for the outdoor enthusiast and they are just a half hour away; Petit Jean State Park with its amazing hiking, waterfalls and Mather Lodge Restaurant and magnificent overlook is an hour away.
