QUIET HOURS: Quiet hours are from 10pm to 8am. Guests are responsible for the conduct of all persons in their unit. SMOKING: Smoking of any kind is not allowed in the rooms. There will be a minimum $250 penalty fee if it is determined that there was smoking in your room during your reservation period. DECORATION: We know that there are special celebrations and you want to decorate the walls, please make sure to use blue scotch tape that will not damage the walls and remove the decoration before your departure without damaging the paint on the walls, in case of damaging a wall it will have a cost of 100 USD per wall. By booking a reservation, you represent and warrant that you are 18 or older and have the legal capacity and authority to enter into a contract.
