Enjoy our neat and clean 2017 14x70 2 bedroom camp in our quiet, family owned park. Watch ships glide by while you drink your coffee on the front porch. Includes boat dock and kayak launch, docks for fishing and a large green space on the river for all park residents to enjoy. Empire State pass available for easy boat launching and visiting local state parks. Located 3 miles from Alexandria Bay. Wolfe's Kountry Kottage is a short walk away at the top of the property. We may or may not be available in person. Someone from our family is generally on site or nearby. We are always available by phone. We are a seasonal mobile home park. Most of our residents are seasonal. Mostly retired with grandchildren or families with older children. Golf carts are allowed, drivers must have a valid drivers license.
