The space This self-contained, newly renovated 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom apartment features a modern kitchen with fridge, open-plan dining and lounge, washer/dryer, and a private deck with BBQ. Cosy and well-appointed, it includes all essential amenities for a comfortable stay—ideal for work trips, weekend escapes or short-term accommodation in Cooma. Guest access Located on the lower level of the main residence, the flat is accessed via the pathway to the left of the carport at the end of the driveway. Proceed through the metal gate and up the stairs to the private deck. The key lock box is conveniently positioned next to the sliding entry door. Other things to note Please note that the driveway is quite steep; however, alternative parking is available on the vacant block next door if needed. I reside in the home above the apartment and you may occasionally see my friendly Whippet, Benson, in the garden. He’s very gentle and great with both adults and children. If you have any concerns about dogs, please let me know—I’m more than happy to keep him indoors during your stay. Registration Details Exempt
