This spacious cottage can accommodate all of your needs with two bedroom areas in the loft, full kitchen, bathroom and a master bedroom on the main level. We are centrally located to the downtown and Harding U. Check in is at 3:00pm and check out at 11:00am. Late check out 1PM/early check in- 20$ for each(when available). Pets are welcome with a total pet fee of $25. NO SMOKING/vaping of any kind!! and a fee of $200 for a violation of this rule. There is a full kitchen , bathroom, living room, and master bedroom on the main level and an upstairs with two bedroom areas and office desk. This guesthouse cottage is a standalone building, yours to enjoy- come and go as you please. Please let us know if you are bringing a pet.
