Our home offers a spacious backyard w/ a pool along w/PRIVATE beach access to coveted Culloden beach (3 min walk). It's close to The Surf Lodge, train station, harbor restaurants and the center of town. You’ll love our place because it feels like home- we like to think of it as a little bit of Malibu in Montauk. Perfect beach getaway for couples, solo adventurers and families looking to relax. There is no better place to experience everything Montauk has to offer! On the first floor, our home has an very open floor plan that features a kitchen, living room and family room, extra large dining room, 2 guest bedrooms, and 1.5 bathrooms. All of the rooms are flooded by natural light (as you can see from the photos) and most of the rooms open up to our expansive deck. On the second floor you will kind the very private master suite which includes a king bed, bathroom, large closet, balcony and a reading/relaxing area perfect for a little quiet downtime. The design and interiors of the house are East Coast meets West Coast and we like to think of our home as a little piece of Malibu in Montauk. You can count on top of the line finishes including stainless steel appliances, butcher block countertops, a large walk-in shower and luxury details throughout the home. Outside the home you will find a massive backyard oasis highlighted by a large deck which features a gas grill, Adirondack chairs, and a large dining table. The crown jewel of the space is a beautiful swimming pool which is quite rare in Montauk. You can lay by the pool and relax all afternoon as our unique location on the island lends itself to all day sun even when the beach is a little cloudy. In addition to the heated pool (seasonal) there is also an outdoor shower. Extras: Beach pass to Culloden Beach, Gas grill, two bikes, hammock, linens, basic bathroom amenities and all cooking and kitchen equipment is provided. We can also provide a crib/mattress, high chair, play table + chairs, and books / toys if requested in advance of arrival. WiFi provided A local property manager is nearby should you have any concerns or questions during your stay. The best part about our neighborhood is the location! Our home is located in a quiet residential community and just a few minutes walk from coveted Culloden beach ... but we are also just a very short ride into town where you can find great restaurants, nightlife and shopping! A quick bike (we provide two with the home) ride or car ride to town, bay beaches, ocean beaches and just up the street from Gossman's, The Surf Lodge, The Yacht Club and the MTK Train Station. There is a $50 per night additional fee to heat the No more than 6 guests allowed to stay in the home. Up to 4 adults and 2 children. No exceptions. There is parking for three cars. The EXTERIOR of the home is monitored by two NEST cameras. One on the front above the driveway and one on the back deck facing the pool / garage area. The pool is available from Memorial Day to Sept 30
