A 3 bedroom apartment on the second level of the Guest House at Quinta Shalom. You can book when your group is no larger than 13 people. The configuration depends on your requirements. GUEST HOUSE: The top floor has an APARTMENT WITH 3 BEDROOMS — with space for 13 people. (https://abnb.me/iiuWGqasqsb) MORE ROOMS: (https://abnb.me/C8rDc1trqsb) is the setting for renting both houses - there are no other guests - the entire Quinta is rented. The hosts live on the top floor in the Main House. A brother also lives on the ground floor of the Guest House The rest of the spaces are common areas including the large kitchen, social bathrooms, BBQ, and hut. All outdoor green space is available. There are ample parking spaces with security cameras. There is Internet contracted for 200 Mbs, and there is Netflix. The main entrance is closed at night but you will have access There are 3 bedrooms upstairs: 5 beds for 2-1/2 people, 1 bed for 1-1/2 people, 1 sofa/bed, a small kitchen, and a bathroom with shower and hot water. The entire Quinta is available (2 hectares). There is parking next to the house. There is a porch around the entire house. Each room has ceiling fans and the entire floor has thermal insulation.
