In addition to many sights, the city and the surrounding area also offer many event highlights such as International Jazz Week, Castle Festival, city festivals and much more. The space The spacious and fully equipped apartment (2nd floor without an elevator) has a large living room with sofa bed, a bedroom with double bed and small sofa bed, a separate kitchen, a spacious bathroom and a beautiful balcony. Not only the location and the view are a highlight, but also the loving furnishings with new and old elements. Kitchen: Oven, stove, fridge with small freezer compartment, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, dishes and cooking equipment, waste separation system, filter coffee maker, basic spices Living room: Dining area, sofa bed, TV, radio, Wi-Fi Bedroom s: Double bed, closet, small sofa bed (1 adult or 1-2 children), light shaft Bath: Bathtub, separate shower, washing machine Other: Towels & bed linen are provided, iron/ironing board, vacuum cleaner, community games, books available; baby crib on request Important: - Information about sights and the "house rules" can be found in the Apartment - Feel comfortable with us, but also respect your neighbors - Unfortunately, no pets allowed - Non-smoking accommodation (except balcony) - Max 6 guests (incl. 2 - 3 children), price upon request - Minimum stay: 2 nights - Attention: the living room is a passageway from the bedroom to the other rooms - The balcony is green and to keep it that way, it must be watered (summer) it needs to be watered. This does not have to be done by you, therefore we ask you to arrange access to the apartment with our contact person on site - If you stay longer than a few days, we can offer you offer interim cleaning (price upon request) - Please leave the apartment as you would wish to find it as a landlord.
