SEASONAL RENTAL PROPERTY: This is not just an apartment; it is my home. I have designed it with great care, aiming to create a cozy space. This is my house, and due to work commitments, I spend some time outside of Madrid, so I am looking for a tenant who will take care of it as much as I do. During your stay, you will have the entire apartment to yourself, so I hope you enjoy this space as much as I do. The space Privileged location in the heart of Madrid ✨ The apartment is located in a central area from which you can easily walk to the main points of interest: Plaza de España, Gran Vía, the Royal Palace, Almudena Cathedral, the Temple of Debod, and Madrid Río. In addition, you’ll have multiple public transport options nearby (metro, bus, and Renfe), making it easy to get around the entire city. Recently renovated, cozy, and spacious, every detail has been carefully thought out to provide all the comforts for the best possible stay. The apartment is laid out with a large living room, integrated kitchen, a bedroom with a double bed, and a bathroom stocked with towels, shower gel, and shampoo. It also offers free Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and heating. The neighborhood combines the essence of authentic Madrid with the calm of a residential area, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring the city. Guest access The building has an elevator, but please note that there are a few intermediate steps to reach the apartment. Additionally, you will find: • Towels and bed linens • Shampoo, shower gel, and hand soap • Free Wi-Fi • Hairdryer • Heating • Fully equipped kitchen • Iron (upon request) • Washing machine • Air conditioning Other things to note This is my primary residence, which I temporarily rent out to tenants. Since I travel frequently for work, you may find some personal belongings stored away, but they will not interfere with your stay in Madrid. Everything shown in the photos is exactly how you will find my apartment, and you are welcome to use it all. Please note that this is a seasonal rental and must be used for this purpose, whether for work, medical, or personal reasons, and cannot be used as a permanent residence. A seasonal rental agreement must be signed, in accordance with Article 3.2 of the Urban Leases Act.
