Check out our beautiful 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment in the City of Tonawanda, just steps away from the Niagara River & the Erie Canal. You'll find plenty of restaurants, convenience stores, and shopping close by. Our place is completely remodeled with style & has all of the amenities you'll need during your stay! Once you arrive, you'll admire the high ceilings, modern charm, and coziness of our 124 year old home. With a formal kitchen, dining room, living room & porch access, you'll have all the space you need. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances and is stocked with pots, pans, baking sheets, and whatever else you'll need if you choose to stay in and cook! There are 3 smart TVs throughout the house and board games are provided to ensure you'll be entertained during your stay. You'll have access to the side entrance hallway, the front porch & the entire apartment you booked. You’ll receive a message with helpful information about checking in & where to park on the day of your reservation as well as a message on the day you check out. Otherwise, please feel free to message us within the app or call with any questions/needs you may have during your stay! Located in the City of Tonawanda, bordering North Tonawanda, across the river from Grand Island. Located about 20 minutes away from Niagara Falls and Buffalo if driving. Walking distance to restaurants & the Shoreline Trail! Any and all vehicles shall be parked on Adam Street. You can park on either side overnight since it’s a one way street, and it’s free! Walkable distance to many attractions! Street parking overnight is prohibited during the hours of 2:00a.m.-6:00 a.m. between the months of October 1-March 31. During this time, you will be allowed 2 off street parking spots. NOTE: This is a 2-family home, so you will only have access to the lower apartment which is completely separate from the upstairs apartment. There is a long term tenant living in the upstairs bedroom apartment, who is very quiet and will not be of any disturbance to you during your stay! Please be mindful of noise levels with respect to the neighbors & upstairs tenant. Also, please note that the bedrooms doors are original sliding pocket doors that do not lock from the inside.
