Our flat is located in Cesme-Ayasandra, opposite Chios Island, in a complex with a pool at the seafront. Parking is available. We are 15 minutes from Çeşme Marina-Bazaar and 5 minutes from Dalyan center. A large swimming pool, sun loungers and umbrellas are available to our guests. You can reach the beach, our grass terrace and the cool waters of the Aegean Sea, famous for its cleanliness, by walking 150 meters. The space In our apartment, there are equipment, machines and furniture that will provide you with all kinds of comfort. Guest access The beach, the pool, the parking lot are freely available. Other things to note We try not to disturb other site residents as much as possible on our site. For this reason, we take care not to engage in disturbing behaviors such as listening to loud music. You can use our pool until 22:00. Before entering the pool, you must take a shower and wear a cap. In case the pool is contaminated by you, the cleaning costs of the pool belong to you.
