Seaside escape close to North Bay, Scarborough

If you like holidays away from the crowds but not too far away from amenities, then this is the place for you. You will be staying in the modern bungalow annexe to our house on the quiet North side of Scarborough away from the commercial South Bay but close to the beautiful North Bay sandy beach and gorgeous cliff walks. 5% discount for 7 night stays. The space Private self-contained accommodation with own entrance. Perfect for 2 adults but with the option for an extra one or two full size single beds in the sun room, attached to the living room (at £10 per extra person per night). Great for families with children (see listing photos) - please note extra guests will need to share the en-suite shower room off the main bedroom. The private entrance hall has a separate toilet, storage area for shoes and coats, washing machine and tumble dryer. Bright and airy open plan lounge and fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, gas hob, electric oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, toaster and kettle. Lounge area is equipped with 50inch SMART TV, games, books etc. One bedroom with double bed and plenty of storage. Contemporary en-suite wet room with shower and underfloor heating. Sun room/orangery with seating area, garden view and window/roof blinds. As noted above, this room can be reconfigured to provide an extra bedroom for one or two guests who will need to share the en-suite shower room in the main bedroom but will have the use of the separate toilet. Access to screened patio area with table and chairs at rear of property overlooking shared garden area. Guest access There is easy access and a level floor once inside the property. Please note there are two steps down onto the rear patio area. The lighting is designed to be suitable for those with low vision. There is off-road parking space for up to two cars directly in front of the property. Other things to note A maximum of 2 well-behaved dogs can be accommodated. Please note there will be a pet cleaning fee of £10 each per stay. There is the option to use the sun room as a second bedroom with either one or two 3ft single beds (with good quality memory foam mattresses). There will be a charge of £10 per night for each extra guest. Please be aware that guests using the optional single beds will need to share the en-suite shower room accessed via the main bedroom and will have the use of the separate toilet located in the hallway.
