AMPLIFIED SOUND The City of Palm Springs does not allow any amplified sounds to be heard outside of the house (no music outside at any time of the day or night). To abide by Palm Springs’ strict “Noise Free Ordinance,” Guest will observe quiet between 10pm and 8am, and keep noise to a minimum at all other times. The city provides neighbors with a 24-hour hotline to report noise concerns. Noise that disturbs neighbors may result in eviction and/or loss of all monies. NO amplified music is permitted outdoors at any time. Guest will be charged a minimum $500.00 fee for calls of noise/compliance complaints. The City of Palm Springs takes this very seriously and this violation will count as a strike towards our Registration Certificate causing us to loose our rental permit. We thank you for being respectful and abiding by this city ordinance. GARDENING/ POOL SERVICING Gardener and trash pickup come onThursdays. Pool Maintenance is Monday and Thursday. Property is accessed by these providers without notice to the guests. OCCUPANCY Maximum occupancy is 6 adults. No more than 3 cars are allowed to park on the property and street. Over occupancy is considered a serious violation of our city rental license and will result in guest eviction. This house is privately owned and managed; the owners assume NO liability for any accidents, injuries or illness that occur while on the premises or its facilities. The Homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. It is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises. Guest should be aware that pools and surrounding patios can be dangerous.
