Fully equipped with AC in all the rooms and the living room, fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, ironing board, beach towel upon request. Close to restaurants, transport, 15min walk to the beach, ATM next door, supermarket on premises, fully equipped Gym next door, rent-a-car nearby. We embody our motto “Cabo Verde no stress”. The space The space has just been renovated. It’s modern and has all the amenities you and your family may require for a relaxing vacation. The place also has all the amenities for a work trip (long or short). It has high speed fiber optic internet, cable tv, smart tv with all major apps (netflix, hbo max, prime video, so on). We also offer cleaning service upon request. The apt is close to everything (restaurants, souvenir shops, bars, gym, atm, super market, transport service, etc). There is an emergency generator in the building, so you will never have issues with energy (a frequent problem during summer and Christmas). Guest access The whole apartment and everything in it. You will also have access to daily passes for the gym next door. Other things to note There is a doorman from 6:00 pm to 6:00 am who provide security service and helps guest with their luggage and any issue that may arise during those hours. The neighborhood is safe with cameras in the vicinity of the apartment.
